Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be pretty easy in case you’ve got a cloud hosting service with us. You can enable this feature through our advanced, yet user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is an integral part of the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will administer your shared web hosting account. You’ll find all the mailboxes that you have set up enumerated alphabetically and on the right side of each one of them there will be a small-size "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly reveal to you whether a certain mailbox gets all the messages pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With a single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable this feature at any moment. In case there is activated email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a specific domain name, you will get an alert from our system. The latter won’t deactivate/replace anything automatically and without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be configured with a couple of clicks of the mouse in case you’ve got a Linux semi-dedicated hosting with our company. The hosting account will be administered through our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to set up mailboxes with any domain name registered there. To enable the catch-all option for a given mailbox, you’ll need to click on the logo with the same name, which will be next to each email address. Deactivating the feature can be done in the same way and will not require more than one click either. If a catch-all mailbox has already been enabled for a given domain, you’ll receive a warning alert. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never change or disable anything automatically.
